TrackingTime is the leading time tracking SaaS in Latin America serving thousands of businesses globally. You'll own the complete growth engine—from acquisition channels to conversion optimization—with direct impact on revenue in a product-led company.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships) and identify quick wins for lead quality improvement in B2B segment

Establish baseline conversion metrics across the funnel and identify top 3 drop-off points to target

Design and launch first A/B test on landing page messaging or demo conversion flow

Align with Sales and Customer Success on lead scoring and qualification criteria

By 6 Months

Improve demo-to-paid conversion rate by 20%+ through funnel optimization and messaging experiments

Scale highest-performing organic acquisition channel (SEO focus) to generate 30%+ of qualified leads

Build and automate lifecycle flows (post-signup activation, post-demo nurture) increasing user activation by 25%+

Establish product-led growth metrics dashboard tracking activation, expansion, and retention signals

Monitor blended CAC across channels to ensure efficient growth and payback period.

Activation Rate

Percentage of new signups completing key onboarding steps within first 7 days.

Organic Traffic to MQL

Track organic channel's ability to generate qualified leads and SEO impact on funnel.
