Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 3+ years hands-on Google Ads/SEA experience with proven campaign scaling
  • You're energized by non-profit or impact work and genuinely care about ocean/environmental issues
  • You're data-driven, able to translate analytics into clear recommendations for non-technical teams
  • You thrive structuring chaos—building process, governance, and strategy from scratch excites you
Won't Work If
  • You need corporate salary/equity upside; this is mission-based, modest compensation
  • You require remote work; this is on-site Biarritz only
  • You're not comfortable teaching non-specialists or documenting processes for knowledge transfer
  • You see paid search as purely transactional; NGO acquisition requires patience and long-term thinking
