Toast is embedding AI directly into marketing operations—not as a tool, but as a permanent transformation. You'll build AI agents and workflows that turn marketers into self-sufficient operators, shipping real solutions that stick.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 2–3 high-leverage AI agents for core GTM workflows (lead scoring, email optimization, campaign orchestration) with measurable accuracy benchmarks

Build and validate evaluation frameworks for agent quality—prompt evals, output scoring, regression testing—that teams can own long-term

Coach 2–3 marketing teams through their first AI wins, documenting playbooks and templates for reuse

4

Map Toast's full martech stack and identify top 5 build-vs-buy opportunities with business cases

By 6 Months
1

Scale 5+ reusable AI agents across GTM motion; track adoption and self-sufficiency metrics per team

Design and deploy multi-agent workflows that orchestrate across Toast's marketing systems (CRM, CDP, automation, data warehouse)

Train entire marketing operations team on agent building, fine-tuning, and evaluation—shift from users to builders

Achieve 80%+ team self-sufficiency on new agent development; reduce dependency on your direct involvement
