The Challenge
TikTok Shop is scaling commerce across Brazil and you'll own the integrated campaign strategy driving seller and buyer adoption. This is a high-visibility role where your campaign frameworks and market insights directly impact platform GMV and user engagement in one of the fastest-growing commerce markets.
Your Mission
Build and document your first major campaign framework including target definition, KSPs, budgets, and success metrics for a key commerce vertical
Complete competitive and market analysis across Brazilian e-commerce landscape; create insights library identifying 3+ growth opportunities
Establish cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Creators, Merchants, and Product teams; run first joint campaign sprint
Deliver campaign performance analysis on 2+ executed campaigns with data-driven iterations and learnings
Own full lifecycle of 2-3 major seasonal campaigns (including Brazilian shopping holidays) from planning through execution and optimization
Build predictive forecasting model for campaign performance; establish baseline metrics for demand generation across seller segments
Create scalable campaign playbook templates that other regions can adapt; document best practices from Brazil experiments
Drive measurable business impact: increase campaign ROI by 20% YoY, improve seller participation rates, or boost platform transaction volume

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3+ years of real experience in growth, demand generation, strategic planning, or consulting with proven campaign planning and forecasting chops
- You're a strategic thinker who combines data analysis with creative campaign thinking—you don't just execute playbooks, you build them
- You thrive in fast-moving, complex cross-functional environments and can influence without direct authority across product, marketing, and merchant teams
- You're fluent in Portuguese (native) and English, and ideally Spanish—working in Brazil for a global company requires real language agility
- You're obsessed with metrics and can translate business objectives into measurable targets; you iterate based on data, not opinions
- You need a remote setup or flexibility—this is on-site, full-time in São Paulo
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or working in a startup-like environment within a large organization; TikTok Shop is still scaling and frameworks are being built
- You lack genuine fluency in Portuguese or can't hold strategic conversations in English—this role requires daily collaboration across languages
