The Challenge
TikTok's User Growth team owns expansion across LATAM—you'll drive regional incentive product operations across 2.5B+ users. This is hands-on: translate data into localized strategy, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (partnerships, influencers, paid media), and own user acquisition metrics in one of the world's fastest-growing markets.
Your Mission
Establish baseline metrics for incentive campaign performance across LATAM; identify top 3 regional user behavior patterns and document localization gaps
Build 360 marketing strategy roadmap with channel prioritization (partnerships, influencer, paid, OOH); secure 2-3 key partnership commitments
Create regional feedback loop system; implement feedback tracking and analyze first 100+ user cases to identify UX improvement themes
Align with product, data, and cross-functional teams; establish weekly sync cadence and shared OKR dashboard for user growth targets
Drive measurable user growth uplift through incentive campaigns; hit regional growth targets with 15%+ quarter-over-quarter improvement
Launch integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid + partnerships + influencer); achieve 3:1+ ROAS on major campaign initiatives
Scale regional insights program; publish monthly localization reports informing product strategy across 3+ feature areas
Establish yourself as regional growth lead; mentor 1-2 junior team members and present learnings to global UG team

Incentive Campaign Effectiveness
ROI and conversion rates across all campaign channels (partnerships, paid, influencer, SMS, OOH); track quality and engagement metrics.
Content Expansion & Localization
Volume and engagement of localized content; regional content creation rate and user preference alignment scores.
User Experience Score
Aggregate feedback sentiment, resolution rate for user issues, and improvement velocity on regional feedback themes.
Multi-channel Attribution
Revenue/engagement driven by partnerships, influencer marketing, paid ads, and organic channels; contribution % by source.

- You've shipped 5+ growth campaigns and know how to move metrics—CAC, LTV, retention, viral loops are your language
- You're bilingual (English + Portuguese) with deep LATAM market insight; you understand regional user behavior and local media landscape
