KLEY is disrupting residential real estate with coliving spaces across France and Spain. You'll own the digital heartbeat—driving web visibility, brand presence, and lead generation across three brands (KLEY, Hife, The Boost Society) in a fast-moving scale-up.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize web content across FR/ES sites—improve page load times and UX metrics by 15%
Build and execute 4 targeted email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns with >25% open rates
Audit existing SEO performance and identify 20+ quick-win optimization opportunities
Create brand asset library and establish visual consistency across digital touchpoints
Grow organic traffic by 30% through SEO wins and content optimization in partnership with agencies
Establish automated marketing funnels (email + SMS) nurturing 500+ qualified leads monthly
Reduce website bounce rate by 20% via UX improvements and A/B testing
Develop quarterly digital trend reports and pitch 3+ new marketing initiatives with measurable ROI

- You're a digital-native eager to own real P&L—SEO, email, and web are your playground
- You fluently speak English and Spanish (non-negotiable per the brief)
- You've completed at least one marketing internship or built digital projects—theory alone won't cut it
- You thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand environments and collaborate seamlessly across teams (designers, agencies, stakeholders)
- You need full remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Levallois-Perret
- You're weak in English or Spanish (the must-have requirement)
- You expect a 9-to-5 role with zero ambiguity—this demands curiosity, ownership, and adaptability
- You haven't shipped at least one marketing or digital project (school counts, but you need proof points)
