The Challenge
Stellantis' Jeep brand is hunting for a sharp product marketer to own launches, dealer enablement, and market positioning across France. You'll sit at the nexus of product, sales, communications, and the dealer network—with real influence over go-to-market strategy in a lean, startup-minded team.
Your Mission
Lead prep and execution for at least one new model launch (materials, positioning, internal coordination, timing)
Audit and refresh competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and sales enablement tools across the Jeep portfolio
Map dealer network needs and design 2-3 localized marketing support programs (events, expositions, partnerships)
Establish weekly communication review cadence with agency partners; ensure 100% ARPP/legal compliance on all assets
Own quarterly performance analysis across product line (sales velocity, mix, competitive share by segment)
Build and activate dealer playbook: training materials, co-op guidelines, event templates used by 80%+ of network
Coordinate 2-3 major dealer events or conventions; measure attendance, lead gen, and dealer sentiment
Develop business case and pricing recommendations for 1-2 new B2B offers; validate with sales and finance
KPIs You'll Own
Launch Readiness Score
% of launch checklist items completed on time (materials, approvals, dealer comms, sales training).
Dealer Engagement Rate
% of dealer network actively using marketing assets and participating in co-op campaigns.
Product Performance vs. Plan
Monthly sales volume and mix vs. forecast; pricing realization vs. list.
Competitive Share
Market share trend vs. key competitors (Wrangler, Land Rover, etc.) by segment.
Creative Turnaround Time
Days from brief to final asset sign-off; target < 10 business days.
