What You’ll Own


You will both

think strategically and execute from day one

, with clear accountability and measurable targets. The focus is not just generating MQLs, but building pipeline that converts.


1. Positioning & ICP Focus

  • Define the go-to-market roadmap and align channel mix with target industries and buyer personas.
  • Identify which channels perform best for different verticals, buyers, and deal sizes.
  • Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team.

2. Paid Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across

    Google, LinkedIn, and Meta

    .
  • Focus on improving cost efficiency and increasing qualified lead volume.
  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly test and iterate on creative and messaging.

3. Category Narrative & Credibility

  • Differentiate the product from generic OCR tools and AI hype.
  • Develop a strong category narrative through

    research, thought leadership, and high-impact content

    .
  • Create assets such as case studies, vertical-specific guides, social proof, and attribution content.

4. Experimentation & ROI

  • Own marketing budget allocation and track ROI.
  • Tie spend directly to pipeline outcomes using feedback loops and closed-won analysis.
  • Run continuous experiments to drive growth and optimization.

5. AI & Marketing Tech Stack

  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack.
  • Evaluate new AI tools, automate workflows, and build internal systems for data scraping, enrichment, content generation, and reportingto create operational advantages.


Who You Are

  • Experience working in

    $1–10M ARR B2B SaaS environments

    (self-serve or sales-led with $10K+ ACV deals).
  • Ideally familiar with industries such as

    finance, legal, logistics, or manufacturing

    .
  • A growth-oriented marketer comfortable experimenting with

    Python scripts, LLM prompting, no-code tools, or APIs

    to test ideas quickly.
  • Passionate about staying ahead of emerging

    AI tools and technologies

    .
  • Experienced in

    SEO and paid acquisition channels

    , with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Comfortable operating in

    fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

    and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
