The Challenge
Sociabble is a fast-growing French SaaS unicorn in internal comms and employee advocacy. You'll own product-to-market strategy, drive feature adoption, and directly impact revenue—working with a 105-person team that's already certified as a Great Place to Work.
Your Mission
Map competitive positioning for 3 core product pillars and deliver positioning narrative deck
Launch go-to-market plan for 1 flagship feature with sales enablement materials and customer messaging
Build and deliver onboarding training program for sales team on new product capabilities
Gather and synthesize feedback from 20+ customer conversations to inform messaging refinements
Own full PMM lifecycle for 2-3 major feature releases: positioning → launch → adoption → metrics review
Increase feature adoption rate by 25% through targeted customer comms and sales collateral
Create reusable content library (case studies, webinars, battle cards, landing pages) that generates 30% of qualified pipeline
Establish monthly revenue impact reporting linking PMM activities to pipeline and closed deals

Is This Role For You?
- You have 2+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, or relevant experience (consulting, entrepreneurship, offer development) with proven ability to position and grow products
- You're comfortable pitching value, running demos, and converting customer feedback into actionable strategy—not just creating collateral
- You speak and write English and French at C1 level; you can code-switch fluently between Parisian and international stakeholders
- You love turning complexity into clarity—both in writing (blog posts, decks, landing pages) and in conversation with prospects and internal teams
- You use AI tools like ChatGPT daily to refine ideas, shape messaging, and generate new concepts efficiently
- You need 100% remote work—this role requires regular time in the Paris office for collaboration and CEO/leadership alignment
- You're not bilingual French/English at C1 level; the role demands fluent internal and external comms in both languages
- You view Product Marketing as a support function rather than a revenue driver; Sociabble expects you to own revenue goals and pipeline contribution
- You're uncomfortable with fast-paced iteration and ambiguity; you'll be launching features, capturing feedback, and pivoting messaging in real time
Interview Process
Video Meeting (45 min)
Initial screening with Louisa, Talent Acquisition. Expect questions on background, motivation, and PMM experience.
Written Test (1h 30 min)
Practical assessment—likely positioning a feature, writing sales copy, or analyzing a competitive scenario. Tests clarity of thinking and writing.
Manager Interview (1h 30 min)
Deep-dive with Victor, Head of Product Marketing. Discuss past campaigns, stakeholder management, revenue impact, and strategic thinking.
In-Person Simulation (1h)
At Sociabble's Paris office with Victor and Jean-Louis (CEO). Real-world PMM scenario or case study. Tests collaboration, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
