The Challenge
Société Générale, France's largest retail bank with 1,400 branches, needs a marketing animator to drive commercial campaigns across its network. You'll own campaign execution, event planning, and promotional materials—gaining real exposure to how a mega-institution scales marketing across thousands of touchpoints.
Your Mission
Launch and manage 2-3 commercial animations targeting branch networks with measurable participation metrics
Create 5+ marketing collateral pieces (flyers, posters, mailers) for commercial operations
Execute first small-scale event (breakfast, conference) end-to-end with 50+ attendees
Establish weekly reporting cadence on campaign performance and team alignment
Own 8-10 full-cycle commercial campaigns from strategy through post-event analysis
Increase branch engagement rates on marketing animations by 25%+ vs. baseline
Deliver 3 major events (cocktails, conferences, training sessions) with documented ROI
Build templates and playbooks for recurring marketing operations to hand off post-internship
