The Challenge
Oradéa Vie (SOGECAP subsidiary) leads high-end savings distribution through brokers, CGP platforms, and private banks. You'll own product marketing for life insurance and retirement products targeting wealthy clients—complexity is the feature, not a bug.
Your Mission
Master the savings product portfolio (life insurance, retirement contracts) and competitive landscape through formal training and shadowing senior product managers
Deliver first portfolio reporting package with client metrics, fund performance, and partner communication updates
Build process documentation and tutorialfor team processes to establish baseline competency standards
Contribute to one product launch or regulatory amendment project with market analysis and communication materials
Own end-to-end communication cadence for quarterly bonus/rate announcements to partners and clients
Lead competitive intelligence program tracking offerings, real estate products, unlisted securities, and value-added services
Execute digital product updates across partner platforms and corporate website with performance tracking
Develop 2-3 product innovation proposals based on market gaps and partner feedback
