The Challenge
Snapdesk is a fast-growing coworking & commercial real estate startup that needs to scale visibility and pipeline. You'll be the growth engine alongside the Head of Marketing—not observing, but executing campaigns, managing social channels, and generating qualified leads that directly impact business.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize LinkedIn & Instagram content strategy with AI tools; achieve 500+ engaged followers and 3%+ engagement rate
Design and execute first acquisition campaign; source and qualify 100+ prospects for sales team with 15%+ conversion rate
Create 5+ sales enablement assets (1-pagers, decks, case studies) that sales uses in 80%+ of pitches
Establish weekly newsletter cadence to 2+ prospect/partner segments; achieve 25%+ open rate
Build repeatable social + AI content engine; generate 50+ pieces of content/month across channels with 5%+ avg engagement
Execute 3 full lead gen campaigns; deliver 300+ qualified leads with documented 20%+ sales conversion rate
Develop comprehensive sales enablement toolkit (templates, guides, assets) adopted by entire sales team
Measure and optimize full funnel metrics; contribute to 2x growth in qualified pipeline month-over-month
KPIs You'll Own
Social Engagement Rate
Target 3-5% engagement (likes, comments, shares) across LinkedIn & Instagram as proxy for content resonance.
Lead Volume & Quality
Track qualified leads sourced and passed to sales; aim for 100+ per month with 20%+ conversion to meetings.
Content Velocity
Posts published per week (target 8-10) using AI tools; measure time saved vs. manual creation.
Newsletter Performance
Open rate (target 25%+) and click-through rate (target 5%+) on weekly campaigns.
Sales Enablement Adoption
% of sales team using created assets in pitches; target 80%+ within 3 months.
