The Challenge

Slalom's MAX team helps enterprise clients transform their marketing, sales, and advertising engines. You'll architect data strategies, lead capability assessments, and design next-gen martech implementations that drive measurable revenue impact.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Deliver 2-3 client capability assessments identifying gaps in martech stacks, data strategies, or GTM operations with clear improvement opportunities

2

Develop your expertise in one key domain: CDP/CRM strategy, attribution frameworks, identity resolution, or campaign operations

3

Build credibility with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, creative) by collaborating on at least 2 integrated solution designs

4

Create high-impact client communication artifacts: strategy decks, roadmaps, or KPI frameworks that simplify complex marketing challenges

By 6 Months
1

Lead end-to-end delivery on 1-2 martech or sales enablement strategy engagements from assessment through implementation roadmap

Architect a customer data strategy or measurement framework for a major client that unlocks new revenue growth or efficiency gains

3

Establish yourself as subject matter expert in one emerging area: AI/gen AI marketing workflows, agentic systems, or identity resolution

4

Contribute to Slalom's thought leadership through case studies, methodologies, or industry insights on modern marketing stacks

Quantify outcomes delivered: revenue lift, efficiency gains, engagement improvements, or operational cost savings tied to your recommendations.

Project Delivery Quality

On-time, on-budget delivery of work products that meet client acceptance criteria and drive measurable business results.

Cross-functional Collaboration Score

Effectiveness working across design, engineering, data, analytics, and media teams to synthesize integrated solutions.

Client Relationship Health

Client satisfaction, repeat engagement, and net promoter score reflecting trust, credibility, and consistent delivery.
