Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current customer acquisition funnel and map data sources; identify top 3 growth leaks and design A/B tests to address them

Define ICP, persona, and TAM/SAM/SOM for 2-3 key segments; align cross-functionally with sales and product on targeting strategy

3

Launch 4-5 rigorous experiments (A/B tests, multivariate) across campaigns; establish baseline conversion metrics and learning loop

Build 2-3 actionable dashboards tracking growth KPIs; deliver weekly reporting to stakeholders with trend analysis and recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Scale winning experiments to 3-5 new channels or tactics; demonstrate 15-25% lift on primary acquisition or activation metrics

Conduct 2 competitive analyses and market research studies; translate insights into product-market fit refinements and messaging

3

Establish repeatable growth thesis framework; document 3+ validated hypotheses with clear stages, resources, and KPI targets

4

Lead cross-functional growth roadmap with marketing, sales, product; deliver quarterly business review showing growth contribution and ROI

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost per new customer by channel; optimize spend allocation and campaign efficiency.

Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage

Monitor movement from awareness → consideration → sales; identify bottlenecks for A/B testing.

Experiment Velocity & Learning Rate

Number of tests launched, confidence level, and learnings documented; measure team's ability to validate hypotheses.

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) & LTV:CAC Ratio

Ensure sustainable unit economics; track payback period and customer retention as growth quality metrics.
