Delight.ai just pivoted from a $1B+ CPaaS platform to an AI-first CX agent. You'll own organic growth from zero—building the content and SEO engine that makes them discoverable in search, Perplexity, and ChatGPT, and turns that into pipeline.
Your Mission
Map competitive and keyword landscape for AI agent + CX buyer research; identify top 20 content pillars and priority topics
Launch SEO/AEO strategy framework: audit site architecture, implement structured data, and spec technical requirements for LLM crawlability
Ship first 5-8 high-velocity content pieces (blog, gated, web) optimized for both search engines and AI search engines
Build attribution model that ties organic traffic → qualified leads → pipeline contribution; establish baseline metrics
Drive organic-sourced pipeline to 20%+ of total pipeline; achieve top 3 ranking for 10+ core keywords
Scale content production to 2+ pieces/week across formats (long-form, gated, email, web updates); develop AI-augmented workflows that reduce production time by 40%
Implement AEO optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Brave; track mentions and citations; build feedback loop into content strategy
Partner with web team to complete technical SEO roadmap; achieve crawlability score >90 for both search engines and LLMs

Mentions in AI search results (Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.) and attribution back to source; measure discoverability outside Google.
Attribution Accuracy
% of organic pipeline with clear attribution path from content to lead; refine model monthly.

- You write fast, edit ruthlessly, and have strong opinions on which AI tools beat others—and use them daily to move faster
- You think strategically about discoverability across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other AI search surfaces; not just organic Google traffic
- You're comfortable with high velocity and ambiguity; you'll own the entire organic engine from strategy through execution, measurement, and iteration
- You're looking for a primarily strategic/planning role; this is 60% hands-on execution (writing, editing, optimizing) and 40% strategy
- You lack experience tying content/organic efforts to pipeline and revenue; traditional 'content for content's sake' mindset
- You require full remote or hybrid flexibility; this is on-site in San Mateo
