The Challenge

Seamless Assist needs a marketing leader who can think strategically AND ship daily. You'll own the full funnel—from strategy to execution—without a safety net, turning insights into campaigns that move revenue metrics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance (CAC, conversion rates, LTV) and establish baseline KPI dashboard across all channels

Launch LinkedIn content cadence (3x/week minimum) with engagement-first strategy; build thought leadership pipeline

Map out and execute first paid ads test on 2 new channels beyond current spend; document learnings

Transition ActiveCampaign workflows to GoHighLevel with zero campaign downtime; document runbooks

By 6 Months

Grow qualified leads by 40% YoY through optimized social selling and content distribution across LinkedIn + owned channels

Establish podcast as lead gen engine: publish 8+ episodes with guest strategy, promotion plan, and measurable listener-to-lead conversion

Reduce CAC by 20% through channel mix optimization and creative testing; present quarterly strategy refresh to leadership

Build replicable content playbook (blog, LinkedIn, email) that new hires or contractors can execute without constant input

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost-per-qualified-lead and cost-per-customer by channel to identify highest-ROI marketing spend.

Conversion Rate

Monitor funnel conversion at key stages (awareness → lead → customer) to benchmark performance and spot bottlenecks.

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Measure total revenue per customer over relationship lifecycle to validate long-term campaign viability.

LinkedIn Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and follower growth on LinkedIn content to optimize thought leadership reach.

Content-Driven Lead Volume

Count qualified leads sourced from blog, podcast, and social channels to justify content investment.
