The Challenge

Screencastify reaches 15M users across K-12 education and is aggressively expanding into post-secondary and enterprise. You'll own the full GTM motion-from demand generation to closed revenue-while building a high-performing marketing team that bridges B2C demand with B2B sales.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing stack and establish baseline KPIs across demand gen, product marketing, and revenue attribution

Define and launch integrated communication strategy across email, in-product, and notifications to drive engagement and retention

Develop go-to-market playbook for post-secondary education expansion with sales team alignment

4

Build and onboard marketing team with clear roles, mentorship framework, and performance expectations

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 25%+ increase in qualified pipeline for B2B expansion markets (post-secondary, corporate)

Create comprehensive product marketing framework including sales enablement materials and customer journey messaging

Establish thought leadership presence through 2-3 industry conference appearances with measurable brand lift metrics

4

Implement marketing attribution system that ties demand gen initiatives to closed revenue with monthly executive reporting

Pipeline Generated

Total qualified pipeline dollars attributed to marketing initiatives, tracked by segment (K-12, post-secondary, corporate).

Marketing-Influenced Revenue

Closed revenue with marketing touchpoint in customer journey, measuring full-funnel impact beyond first-touch.

Customer Engagement Rate

Email open/click rates, in-product notification CTR, and retention metrics across communication channels.

Cost Per Acquisition

Fully-loaded CAC by segment, tracked against LTV to ensure unit economics.

Sales Enablement Utilization

Percentage of sales team actively using marketing materials and content, measured through CRM adoption.
