The Challenge
Scaleway is building Europe's sovereign cloud alternative to US/Asian giants, backed by €3B in investment. You'll help scale their fast-growing partner ecosystem by executing co-marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive real lead generation and partner engagement.
Your Mission
Execute 2-3 co-marketing campaigns with key partners (emails, webinars, content) and track performance metrics in Salesforce/HubSpot
Support planning and coordination of 1-2 partner events or conference activations with measurable attendee/lead targets
Create 3-5 partner marketing assets (communication kits, testimonials, presentations) that partners actually use
Document partner marketing processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and repeatability
Own end-to-end execution of 4-5 co-marketing campaigns, demonstrating measurable lead generation and engagement lift
Establish baseline metrics and dashboards for partner program performance (campaign ROI, partner satisfaction, MQL attribution)
Build 1-2 case studies or partner success stories showcasing real customer wins through the partner ecosystem
Identify and implement 2-3 process improvements that scale partner marketing operations without adding headcount

Track email open rates, webinar attendance, content downloads, and leads generated per campaign with target >25% conversion
Partner Event ROI
Measure qualified leads, partner satisfaction scores, and cost-per-lead for conferences, trade shows, and webinars
Partner Engagement Score
Monitor partner participation in campaigns, asset utilization rates, and repeat activation frequency quarter-over-quarter
Program Growth Metrics
Track new partner onboarding, pipeline influence attribution, and partner-sourced revenue contribution to sales pipeline

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field and want real B2B marketing experience, not busy work
- You've done at least one internship or project in B2B marketing, partnerships, or event organization with specific outputs you can speak to
- You're comfortable with CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or eager to get hands-on with them quickly
- You want to work in a growth-stage, European tech company serving enterprise customers, not a startup chaos environment
- You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and can work independently on execution while reporting back on impact
- You're looking for a purely creative role—this is execution-heavy, metrics-driven partner marketing with clear deliverables
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris with no flexibility mentioned
- You lack any prior marketing or event organization experience—they expect at least one internship under your belt
- You're not comfortable with sales/CRM tools or quantifying campaign impact—partner marketing is all about lead generation ROI
