The Challenge
Samsung's Visual Displays category needs a leader who can orchestrate retail momentum across São Paulo's competitive electronics landscape. You'll command a team of promoters and store leaders to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and hard sales targets in partner retail environments.
Your Mission
Audit current retail partner activation strategy and identify 3-5 high-impact stores for pilot campaigns
Establish baseline performance metrics for your promoter team (conversion rates, brand messaging consistency, sales velocity)
Launch your first coordinated point-of-sale and in-store activation campaign across 10+ retail locations
Build and align your team on Samsung Visual Displays messaging, competitive positioning, and monthly sales targets
Scale successful retail activations to 25+ partner stores with documented uplift in brand awareness and sales
Deliver 15-20% improvement in team-managed sales targets through coaching, incentive alignment, and campaign optimization
Execute 2 major retail events or seasonal campaigns with full cross-functional coordination and ROI analysis
Present quarterly business review with detailed insights on retail trends, competitor activity, and recommended budget reallocation for next cycle
