Sage Home Loans is backed by Red Ventures and on a mission to simplify mortgages. You'll own the full digital growth engine—from paid acquisition to organic search to conversion optimization—in a heavily regulated space where precision matters.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current paid media spend across search, social, and display; identify 20%+ ROAS improvement opportunities and implement Q1 optimization roadmap

Map AEO/GEO strategy and partner with content team to optimize top 50 high-intent queries for AI search visibility

3

Build comprehensive digital dashboard tracking acquisition, engagement, and conversion KPIs across all channels with weekly stakeholder reporting

4

Conduct full funnel analysis (ad click to app start) to identify top 3 friction points and validate conversion lift hypotheses

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 25%+ improvement in ROAS and 15%+ reduction in CPL through continuous creative testing and audience refinement

Launch and scale AEO/GEO content program, achieving top 3 rankings for 30+ answer-engine optimized queries

Redesign landing page experience based on heatmap and behavioral data, achieving 20%+ lift in qualified lead volume

Establish martech stack (analytics, attribution, CRM) that enables true multi-touch attribution and enables 40%+ faster campaign iterations

Monitor ranking improvements, featured snippet capture, and AI search visibility for high-intent queries.

Conversion Rate by Stage

Track drop-off from ad click → landing page → form start; identify and fix friction points weekly.

Measure content performance across owned, earned, and paid channels; optimize distribution strategy.
