The Challenge

Reworld Media runs multiple lifestyle, beauty, and family brands with massive engaged audiences. You'll own CRM campaign optimization, audience activation, and data innovation across their entire portfolio—working at the intersection of marketing strategy and martech execution.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 8-12 email/push campaigns with documented A/B test results and performance lift vs. control

2

Build 4-6 segmentation models (behavioral, demographic, engagement-based) and document personas for key brands

3

Establish weekly/monthly reporting dashboard tracking open rates, CTR, deliverability, and unsubscribe trends across brands

4

Map existing CRM tooling (Brevo/Adobe/Salesforce) and identify 2-3 quick-win automation opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Launch 3-5 cross-brand automated workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, win-back) and own performance optimization

Design and pilot 1-2 IA-powered personalization or dynamic content tests (subject lines, product recs, send-time optimization)

3

Consolidate and present quarterly CRM performance analysis by brand, including cohort analysis and growth levers

4

Contribute to 2+ innovation projects (audience sync, predictive scoring, or new channel activation) with documented recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Open Rate (OR)

Track email open rates across campaigns to measure subject line and send-time effectiveness.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Monitor engagement depth; optimize creative, copy, and CTA placement based on CTR trends.

Deliverability Rate

Ensure inbox placement; track bounces, spam complaints, and reputation metrics.

Unsubscribe/Churn Rate

Measure audience health; low churn indicates relevance and segmentation quality.

List Growth (Opt-in, Re-opt-in, Reactivation)

Track base size expansion and win-back performance to sustain campaign scale.

A/B Test Lift

Quantify performance improvement from test variants vs. control to drive data-backed optimization.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're studying marketing digital, analytics, communication, or business (Bac+3/+5 equivalent)
  • You're comfortable with numbers, Excel, dashboards, and can build a KPI from scratch
  • You've got CRM hands-on experience OR strong curiosity about email/push automation and audience segmentation
  • You thrive on ownership—you'll coordinate with multiple teams and need to ship campaigns autonomously

  • You're looking for pure creative/design work; this is data and execution-heavy
  • You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site in Boulogne-Billancourt
  • You lack basic spreadsheet literacy or comfort with performance metrics
