The Challenge
Regex SEO needs an operational leader who can orchestrate integrated campaigns across SEO, content, social, and paid media while managing both internal teams and client relationships. You'll be the glue between strategy and execution—making sure campaigns ship on time, teams stay aligned, and clients see real results.
Your Mission
Map existing client accounts and campaign workflows to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
Establish standardized project management protocols in monday.com with clear timelines, resource allocation, and accountability
Build relationships with key clients through kickoff meetings and strategic planning sessions to understand priorities
Create a weekly cross-functional sync cadence (SEO, Content, Design, Paid) to identify and remove bottlenecks
Deliver 3+ integrated campaign cycles on-time and on-budget while tracking resource utilization metrics
Reduce campaign delivery delays by 30% through proactive risk management and workload balancing
Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction scores via performance-driven relationships and clear communication frameworks
Document and systematize campaign playbooks for recurring client verticals (e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, etc.)
