The Challenge
QuintoAndar is Latin America's largest real estate ecosystem (valued at $5.1B+) with operations across the region. You'll own CRM campaign strategy for millions of users across B2B and B2C segments, directly impacting retention and growth metrics that move the needle for a unicorn-status company.
Your Mission
Master Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and establish baseline performance benchmarks for current CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C segments
Conduct comprehensive audit of existing segmentation strategy and deliver 3 optimized segment recommendations with projected uplift
Design and launch 5+ A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and send timing with documented hypothesis and results
Build weekly KPI dashboard for stakeholders tracking CAC, CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics with actionable insights
Increase email engagement rate by 15-25% through systematic creative testing and segmentation optimization
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 10-15% via improved targeting and retention campaign efficiency
Establish SQL proficiency to independently query user data and generate custom cohort analyses for campaign targeting
Present 2-3 strategic growth initiatives to leadership with clear ROI projections and implementation roadmap

Monitor blended cost to acquire each customer across all channels and segments
ROAS (Return On Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated for every real spent on CRM campaigns
Email Engagement Rate
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates by segment and campaign
User Retention Rate
Measure percentage of active users retained month-over-month and cohort-specific retention curves
Segment Performance Variance
Identify which customer segments drive highest lifetime value and retention
