The Challenge
Qonto is a fintech powerhouse serving SMBs across Europe. As Head of Growth, you'll architect the next phase of expansion—moving beyond product-led growth into a more sophisticated, multi-channel acquisition machine that can compete with established players.
Your Mission
Map current growth channels and identify 2-3 quick wins to lift MoM growth rate by 5-8%
Define growth metrics framework and establish baseline dashboards for CAC, LTV, conversion funnel
Hire or solidify your core team (demand gen, product marketing, analytics leads)
Conduct 20+ customer/prospect interviews to stress-test positioning and messaging
Launch 2 new customer acquisition channels with positive unit economics (target CAC payback <12 months)
Increase ARR growth rate from current baseline to 25%+ YoY through optimized funnel
Build and execute product-market fit expansion strategy into 1-2 adjacent customer segments
Establish growth operating system: weekly cohort analysis, monthly planning, quarterly strategy reviews

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Growth Rate
Track MoM % growth as primary north star; target sustained 8-12% for B2B fintech at this scale
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor blended CAC across all channels; benchmark against LTV to ensure 3:1+ ratio
Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Volume & Conversion
Daily tracking of SQL generation by source and conversion rate to customer
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Measure expansion revenue and churn; target 110%+ for healthy SMB SaaS cohorts
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Calculate by cohort and channel to identify your best customer sources
