ProntoHQ is one of the 40 most promising startups on the world's largest startup campus, and we're looking for a Growth & Video Creator (Apprenticeship) to turn our brand into a content machine.
Half your time: making funny, scroll-stopping videos that pop off on YouTube and break LinkedIn. Half your time: building the AI-powered growth engine behind them.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our founder, ship fast, and use AI to do what normally takes a whole team. Pitch an idea Monday, publish Friday, watch the numbers over the weekend.
ProntoHQ is the AI copilot for Marketing & Growth teams. It identifies the right buying signals, finds the right companies, the right leads, and their emails and phone numbers by tapping into 100+ data sources.
We're AI-native to the core. We don't bolt AI onto old processes, we rebuild them around AI and agents. Our team uses Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and a full stack of AI video and growth tools daily to ship faster than companies 10x our size. You'll be expected to think and work the same way.
- Create funny, punchy, native videos that pop off on YouTube and LinkedIn
- Own the chain: idea, script, shoot, edit, hooks, captions, thumbnails, publishing
- Interview our customers and turn raw footage into testimonials, case studies, and snackable clips
- Use AI video tools (editing, captioning, voice, repurposing) so one raw video becomes 10 pieces of content
- Build recurring formats that turn casual viewers into a real audience
- Co-build our editorial and growth strategy (LinkedIn, blog, newsletters, campaigns)
- Build agents and automations with Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools to handle content production, lead research, and reporting
- Set up, automate, and track targeted multichannel outbound campaigns
- Improve our conversion journeys (website, landing pages, forms) and update our Webflow site
- Test new growth levers (referral, interactive formats, lead magnets) and double down on what works
We are two founders: Mathieu (CEO) and Nicolas (CMO), working alongside Ihsane, our Head of Growth. You'll work day-to-day with Nicolas and Ihsane, based in Bordeaux. Our choice: stay a small, strong, AI-leveraged team so we keep speed, autonomy, and direct impact on brand, product, and growth.

- You can edit. Show us videos you've made, whatever the platform.
- A sense of humor and a feel for what makes content shareable
- Genuinely excited about AI and already using AI tools in your creative and marketing process
- Curious and unafraid to build: you'd rather automate or systemize a task than do it manually 20 times
- Proactive and fast: you ship and iterate rather than wait for the perfect brief
- Comfortable with the modern toolkit: CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci and AI tools like Descript, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, Submagic, plus Notion, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and automation platforms
You don't need a film school diploma or a developer background. You need taste, speed, a sense of humor, and the instinct to use AI to do more with less, whether you're cutting a video or building a campaign.
