The Challenge
Prime Video is racing to dominate entertainment in Brazil, and you'll own the growth playbook across acquisition, engagement, and retention. You're building the marketing engine for one of the world's most competitive streaming markets—collaborating with product, content, and finance teams to hit aggressive subscriber targets.
Your Mission
Audit current customer acquisition channels (web, mobile, Living Room, partnerships) and identify top 2-3 underutilized levers
Map competitive pricing and positioning strategies in Brazil vs. Netflix, Disney+, Globoplay; present strategic recommendations to leadership
Design and launch 2-3 rapid-cycle A/B tests on engagement messaging to establish testing cadence and baseline retention lift
Establish weekly dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, churn, and engagement metrics—become the single source of truth for growth KPIs
Execute full-year growth roadmap: develop integrated acquisition campaigns across all channels targeting 200K+ net new subscribers
Build and operationalize experimentation culture: run minimum 15+ tests monthly with documented learnings applied to marketing levers
Negotiate and close 2-3 strategic partnership deals (distribution, cross-promotions, bundle opportunities) to expand reach
Deliver quarterly business reviews to leadership with strategic insights on customer cohort behavior, pricing elasticity, and competitive threats
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost per new Prime Video subscriber across all channels; target weekly trending to identify channel efficiency.
Monthly Active Users (MAU) & Engagement Rate
Percentage of subscribers engaging with content weekly; direct proxy for retention and churn risk.
Churn Rate & Net Subscriber Growth
Monthly cancellation rate and net new subscribers; core metric for board reporting and forecast accuracy.
Lifetime Value (LTV) by Cohort
Total revenue per customer segmented by acquisition channel and cohort; guides budget allocation decisions.
Revenue per User (ARPU)
Blended revenue (subscriptions + ads + ancillary) per active user; tracks monetization efficiency across pricing tiers.

Is This Role For You?
- You've driven subscriber or user growth at scale (SaaS, streaming, e-commerce, fintech) with proven CAC/LTV discipline
- You think like a product manager: you dig into data, test hypotheses weekly, and iterate ruthlessly—not just execute campaigns
- You thrive in ambiguity and matrix organizations; you influence without formal authority and keep senior stakeholders aligned
- You're fluent in Portuguese or willing to learn quickly; you understand Brazil's media/telecom/retail landscape or are a fast learner
- You've owned end-to-end growth strategy (not just demand gen)—pricing, partnerships, retention, competitive positioning
- You need a direct team or want to build one; this role is individual contributor with influence only
- You prefer campaign execution over strategy; you need clear playbooks and process—this role demands ambiguity and invention
