The Challenge

Prime Video is in 240+ countries and crushing it. You'll own Fire TV merchandising—the storefront where millions discover what to watch. Real impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention across Latin America and beyond.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Fire TV merchandising setup and launch 3-5 campaigns (new titles, sports, promos) with documented performance baseline

Build measurement framework: define success metrics, establish reporting processes, and create first monthly performance dashboard

Collaborate cross-regionally to audit share-of-voice allocation and document current SOPs for FTV channel

4

Run 2-3 A/B tests on messaging, navigation, or campaign timing; document results and present recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of 8+ merchandising campaigns with measurable lift in acquisition or engagement metrics

Identify and implement 2-3 process efficiency improvements (automation, templates, or workflow optimization) with team adoption

Develop repeatable best-practices playbook for new title launches and seasonal campaigns across regions

4

Present quarterly business review with trend analysis, performance vs. KPIs, and strategic recommendations for H2

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign Conversion Rate

Track % of FTV impressions that convert to Prime Video subscriptions or engagement (views, sign-ups).

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Measure efficiency of merchandising spend across campaigns to ensure ROI targets are met.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Monitor FTV storefront CTR by campaign, title, and promotion to optimize messaging and placement.

Merchandising Test Velocity

Track number of tests launched, completed, and actioned monthly to drive continuous optimization.

Share of Voice (SOV)

Measure your campaigns' allocation vs. total FTV inventory to ensure regional alignment and fairness.

  • You have 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience (campaigns, lifecycle email, e-commerce, or brand marketing)
  • You're fluent in data: Excel macros, pivot tables, Tableau dashboards, and turning numbers into action
  • You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
  • You're curious about merchandising, testing, and optimization—and you obsess over metrics and ROI
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to Greater São Paulo and excited by entertainment/streaming
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site in São Paulo full-time
  • You don't have hands-on campaign or email marketing experience (this is execution-heavy, not strategy-only)
  • You're uncomfortable with SQL, Tableau, or Excel—this role is data-intensive
  • You prefer stability over pace; this is a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
