The Challenge
Parse Biosciences is a $100M+ funded life sciences company trusted by 3,000+ labs globally. You'll architect their entire marketing technology ecosystem—from HubSpot automation to AI integration—directly driving pipeline growth and revenue attribution.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing tech stack, document all integrations, and establish baseline metrics across email, web, and social channels
Design and launch 3-5 high-impact automation workflows in HubSpot (lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation) targeting key customer personas
Implement centralized reporting dashboard consolidating pipeline data from HubSpot, analytics tools, and CRM—tied to marketing-influenced revenue
Evaluate and pilot 2 AI-powered marketing tools for workflow optimization and content personalization
Achieve 25%+ improvement in email engagement rates and lead-to-opportunity conversion through refined segmentation and personalization
Complete WordPress site audit; implement 3+ conversion rate optimization changes (landing pages, CTAs, page speed) targeting 15%+ traffic-to-lead lift
Build and execute first full ABM campaign for top 10 strategic accounts with dedicated nurturing sequences and account-level reporting
Establish AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) content strategy for Parse's product suite; achieve top 3 rankings on emerging AI search engines

Marketing Tech Stack ROI
Quantify time savings, lead quality improvements, and revenue lift from each tool (HubSpot, AI integrations, third-party APIs).
Lead-to-Opportunity Quality Score
Track sales team feedback on lead quality via HubSpot; refine scoring thresholds to reduce friction in handoff.
ABM Account Engagement & Pipeline Velocity
