Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed analytics or BI teams before and can mentor people on media math, attribution, and modern martech
  • You're fluent in the media agency stack: programmatic, DCM, DMPs, Google Analytics, and at least one BI platform
  • You thrive translating complex data stories for C-suite clients and recommending next moves with confidence
  • You want to own a strategic function (not just execute) and shape how major brands measure ROI across channels
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or work-from-anywhere culture; this role is on-site LA only
  • Your last 8+ years were hands-on analytics execution and you haven't managed teams or mentored people
  • You're weak on client-facing communication or uncomfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • You lack hands-on experience with media-specific tools (programmatic, attribution, ad servers, DMPs)
