The Challenge

NTT DATA—140K+ professionals across 50+ countries—needs a Growth Hacker to drive conversion optimization and experimentation for enterprise clients. You'll own the growth strategy, run rigorous A/B tests, and collaborate with product and UX teams to unlock revenue through data-driven optimization.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing digital properties; identify top 5 conversion bottlenecks across funnels using GA4 and Adobe Analytics

Design and execute 3-4 A/B/multivariate tests using Adobe Target or Optimizely; establish testing cadence and documentation process

Build alignment with UX, Product, and Dev teams; establish weekly optimization roadmap meetings and backlog management workflow

Create growth strategy framework tailored to NTT DATA's consulting model; identify quick wins and longer-term CRO initiatives

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 15-25% lift in primary conversion metrics through systematic A/B testing and funnel optimization

Scale experimentation program to 8-12 concurrent tests per quarter; establish statistical rigor and learning documentation

3

Develop and deploy 2-3 HTML/CSS/JS-based optimizations or tracking implementations in collaboration with Dev teams

4

Present growth learnings and ROI impact to leadership quarterly; build business case for expanded CRO budget and headcount

Conversion Rate Lift (%)

Measure incremental uplift from A/B tests across primary funnel stages month-over-month.

Test Velocity (tests/month)

Track number of A/B and multivariate experiments launched and completed to scale optimization impact.

Revenue Impact (S/. or %)

Quantify incremental revenue or cost savings attributed to implemented optimizations and learnings.

Experimentation Confidence & Significance

Ensure all tests reach statistical significance (>95%) and document learnings for replication.

  • You have 4+ years in Growth, CRO, or digital optimization—not just marketing theory, actual A/B tests and funnel work
  • You're fluent in GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics; you think in funnels, journeys, and conversion metrics first
  • You can read basic HTML/CSS/JS and partner effectively with Dev teams to implement optimizations
  • You thrive on experimentation, statistical rigor, and turning data into business impact; you document learnings obsessively
  • You want to build a CRO practice within a global enterprise—scaling processes, mentoring teams, and proving ROI at scale
Won't Work If
  • You're a marketer who talks growth but has never actually run A/B tests or managed experiment backlogs
  • You prefer gut-feel decisions over data; you're impatient with statistical significance or rigorous hypothesis testing
  • You need remote flexibility or mobility—this is strict on-site in Lima with no hybrid option
  • You're uncomfortable with Spanish-language communication (internal + client meetings likely in Spanish)
