The Challenge

Notion is building the OS for modern work—now they need someone to architect AI-powered solutions that turbocharge their GTM engine. You'll design and ship AI workflows that make sales teams dramatically more efficient, directly accelerating revenue growth at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM tech stack and identify 3-5 high-impact AI automation opportunities with sales/marketing leadership

Ship first prototype AI solution (workflow automation or agent) and measure baseline ROI impact on sales cycle

Establish cross-functional collaboration framework with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering

Create GTM AI adoption playbook and deliver initial enablement to revenue teams

By 6 Months
1

Launch 3-4 production-grade AI-powered solutions with documented pipeline/revenue impact metrics

Achieve 40%+ adoption rate on primary AI automation among field sales team

Build repeatable process for identifying, designing, testing, and scaling new AI GTM experiments

Present quarterly business review showing cumulative revenue lift and efficiency gains from AI implementations
