Build and manage localized content library (20+ assets) in Spanish and English with documented brand guidelines
Generate 40%+ increase in qualified leads through optimized digital channels (email, social, web) vs. baseline
Deliver event ROI analysis on 2+ trade shows/events with attendee metrics, follow-up conversion rates, and budget efficiency reporting

Is This Role For You?
- You're bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable code-switching in business environments daily—this isn't just nice-to-have, it's core to the role
- You've executed 5+ integrated B2B marketing campaigns (launches, events, demand gen) and can tie them to pipeline/revenue
- You're comfortable with ambiguity: you'll own strategy AND execution, balancing long-term planning with tactical firefighting
- You thrive in regulated/complex B2B sectors (healthcare, capital equipment) where stakeholder alignment and compliance matter
- You're a metrics-driven executor who can analyze campaign performance, forecast ROI, and optimize budget allocation in real-time
- You need 100% remote—this is 3 days onsite in Guadalajara, non-negotiable for collaboration and culture fit
- You're a strategist-only; you avoid hands-on execution (this role is 50/50 strategy and tactical campaign running)
- You don't have proven B2B marketing experience or can't demonstrate campaign impact (lead gen, pipeline, revenue attribution)
