The Challenge
Beast Industries is building the Global Creator Platform—an AI-powered intelligence engine reshaping how brands and creators collaborate. As Senior Account Manager, you'll orchestrate high-impact campaigns for elite brands while directly shaping the product roadmap that powers a billion-dollar creator economy.
Your Mission
Onboard 3-5 marquee brand partners, establish SOPs for onboarding workflows, and document pain points for product feedback
Execute 2-3 live campaigns end-to-end: creator matching, content approval, performance monitoring, and post-campaign reporting
Build trust and establish yourself as the go-to strategic partner for each brand account; achieve 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction scores
Define and document standard creator-matching criteria and brand briefing templates that inform platform automation
Manage pipeline of 8-12 active brand partnerships with $2M+ in aggregate campaign spend
Achieve 85%+ campaign performance vs. KPIs; document 3+ case studies showcasing measurable ROI
Collaborate with Product to ship 2-3 platform features informed directly by your frontline account workflows
Develop and own renewal playbook; achieve 90%+ brand partner retention and upgrade revenue by 30%
