The Challenge
Mondelēz International is the world's largest snacking company, and they need a Trade Marketing specialist to drive profitable growth across Peru's retail channels. You'll own category plans, execute BEES digital strategy, and directly influence sales quotas and commercial execution.
Your Mission
Master BEES platform mechanics: analyze current performance on Promotions, Club B, and Digital Communications modules; identify 3+ optimization opportunities for Q1 execution
Develop and present the monthly Game Plan for BEES with Trade teams; align on 360° strategy covering tasks, missions, promotions, and KPI targets
Audit product catalog in BEES; map SKU gaps against competitor assortment and consumer insights; recommend new product inclusions by end of month
Lead first joint business review with top 3 distributors: review KPIs, Gross-to-Net usage, Club B adoption, and co-create action plans to hit annual targets
Deliver complete annual category plan with trade marketing strategy; secure stakeholder buy-in and baseline all Q2-Q4 sales quotas, promotions, and digital campaigns
Increase BEES platform adoption: grow Club B membership by 25% and Promotions redemption rate by 15% through segmentation strategy and targeted digital comms
Build competitive intelligence tracker; monitor competitor activity monthly and translate 5+ insights into category innovations, pricing moves, or portfolio changes
Lead multi-category alignment: present channel insights to cross-category teams; drive 3+ collaborative growth initiatives (bundling, promotions, digital) that increase multi-category basket size

Track monthly and annual sales performance vs. target across all channels and customers; directly tied to commercial plan execution.
BEES KPI Dashboard
Monitor Promotions usage %, Club B adoption rate, Digital Communications open/click rates, and redemption metrics; measure platform engagement and ROI.
Gross-to-Net Revenue
Measure promotional effectiveness and margin impact; ensure promotional spend drives incremental sales without eroding profitability.
Category Growth Rate
Track year-over-year growth of assigned categories vs. market growth; benchmark against competitor movement and innovation impact.
Distributor Compliance & Execution
Monitor on-time execution of commercial plans, promotional deployment, and SKU assortment compliance across the distributor network.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 4-6 years in Trade Marketing, B2B sales, or e-commerce roles and understand how to build category plans that actually drive sales
- You're fluent with digital B2B platforms (like BEES or similar tools) and can segment customers, create promotions, and measure digital campaign ROI
- You thrive on data: analyzing customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive threats to fuel strategic recommendations
- You're comfortable leading sales meetings and influencing stakeholders with resilience—you can hold alternative points of view and drive alignment
- You're bilingual Spanish/English and comfortable working in a Peru-based on-site role with deep channel knowledge
- You want remote flexibility—this is on-site only in Lima; if you need hybrid or remote, pass
- You lack hands-on experience with B2B digital platforms or category planning; theory won't cut it here
- You're uncomfortable with data analysis, forecasting, or holding others accountable to commercial plans and metrics
