The Challenge

Mento is doubling revenue with a killer client roster (Vercel, Airbnb, Brex) but lacks the infrastructure to scale. You'll build the revenue engine from scratch—turning warm relationships and first-party data into an automated, AI-powered GTM machine.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map current GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Avoma); identify data quality gaps and integration blockers

Design and implement unified data foundation—deduplicate contacts, consolidate interaction history, create single source of truth

Build first dynamic target list combining internal engagement signals with external data (funding, hiring, content)

Launch initial outreach automation workflow with proper lead routing logic to sales reps

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end GTM orchestration layer; all tools synced, data flowing bidirectionally with zero manual intervention

Deploy 3+ buying-signal-triggered workflows (job changes, content engagement, funding events) that adapt based on rep engagement

Build AI agent layer for prospecting and data enrichment; measure lift vs. manual processes

Partner with sales and marketing to establish playbook library; both teams running campaigns on shared infrastructure

Pipeline velocity (days from signal to qualified conversation)

Track speed of lead qualification and routing; target 30% improvement within 6 months

Data accuracy score

Percentage of contacts and companies with clean, verified, enriched attributes; baseline then maintain >95%

Automation coverage

Percentage of outreach touches triggered automatically; grow from 0% to 60%+ by month 6

Rep activation rate

Percentage of high-value leads surfaced to reps that convert to meetings; measure relevance of routing logic

  • You've spent 3-5 years owning GTM Ops or RevOps at B2B SaaS and have shipped real systems (not just maintained them)
  • You're obsessed with data quality and have experience deduplicating CRMs, building enrichment pipelines, and orchestrating tools
  • You're AI-forward and have experimented with agents or agentic workflows—you have strong opinions on where this is heading
  • You see growth problems as engineering challenges and redesign flows rather than patch problems
Won't Work If
  • You prefer deep specialization in one tool over designing integrated systems across multiple platforms
  • You've never owned data quality or enrichment work and don't understand why clean data matters before automation
  • You're skeptical of AI's role in GTM and see it as hype rather than infrastructure for the future
