What We're Looking For

Meltwater is seeking a results-driven and data-oriented Integrated Field Marketing Manager to join our Americas Marketing team supporting new business growth. This role sits at the intersection of events and demand generation, responsible for executing integrated marketing programs across events and nurture campaigns to engage prospects throughout the buying journey and drive pipeline impact.

You'll work closely with senior marketing leadership and sales teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution across channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in campaign execution, funnel progression, copywriting and event planning, with the ability to translate plans into high-quality, high-performing marketing programs. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, audience segmentation, and the ability to craft compelling messaging that moves prospects forward.

As a key player in both the marketing and field sales teams, the Integrated Field Marketing Manager will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, Americas.

What You'll Do

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine events and nurture programs to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including timelines, campaign build, content creation, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and execute events (in-person, virtual and third party partnerships), ensuring alignment with campaign goals and an engaging attendee experience.
  • Write, edit, and optimize campaign copy, including emails, landing pages, ads, and event messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Partner with sales to support campaign execution, including outreach alignment, invites, and follow-up messaging.
  • Execute campaigns in Marketo ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, product, content marketing, and other marketing teams to optimize campaigns and workflows.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Assist Meltwater's corporate marketing team in the planning and execution of our annual flagship Summit in NYC.
  • Travel to events to oversee on-site execution, delivering a polished, memorable experience that drives engagement and pipeline impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2B/SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, campaign execution, and demand generation.
  • Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that resulted in significant lead generation and revenue growth for B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Strong experience in client and prospect communications, acquired from either sales or marketing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of effectively collaborating with and influencing cross-functional marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Committed to building strong internal partnerships and driving alignment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Proven drive and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Understanding of field business and target audiences.
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of hire is mandatory for this position.
  • An ability to think big-picture while delivering on the details.

Compensation

Base salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 USD. Compensation may also include a performance-based bonus opportunity. Actual offers are determined based on job-related skills, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
