Mediafly is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our website. In this role, you will own the Mediafly web experience, ensuring it effectively drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth. Youâll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to build and optimize digital experiences, improve conversion paths, and maintain consistency across the site.
This role will play a key part in enhancing website performance through SEO/AIO best practices, site optimization, and user experience improvements to increase organic traffic and maximize discoverability. The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for ongoing site updates, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to ensure the website supports business goals. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.
Please note: This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The listed salary is expressed as an annual figure and will be prorated and paid on a monthly basis during the contract period.
Responsibilities of a Web Marketing Manager:
- Own the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of the Mediafly website to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and user journeys within WordPress, ensuring a seamless and high-performing digital experience.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to build and optimize landing pages, improve conversion paths, and drive inbound demand.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to monitor website performance, track user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current on UX best practices and website optimization strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in web marketing within B2B SaaS
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing websites, particularly WordPress
- Strong understanding of website UX, conversion optimization, and landing page strategy
- Strong understanding of technical SEO/AIO, including site structure, page speed optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup
- Experience identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and Core Web Vitals performance
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), HubSpot, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms to audit and analyze website tracking and performance
- A proactive, metrics-driven mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate to optimize optimization
