Matera is disrupting Germany's property management market with cutting-edge tech. You'll be the growth accelerator for their German expansion, building marketing automation workflows and content systems that drive acquisition across a massive TAM.
Your Mission
Build and launch 3 n8n automation workflows to eliminate repetitive marketing tasks (reporting, content distribution, data enrichment)
Audit and optimize German website on Webflow for SEO, creating 2 high-converting campaign landing pages
Establish weekly KPI tracking dashboard and reporting cadence with Head of Growth
Onboard and test 2 new AI-powered content tools, documenting best practices for the team
Own end-to-end German market campaign execution, demonstrating 15%+ improvement in lead acquisition efficiency
Expand n8n automation suite to 8+ workflows covering content distribution, email personalization, and sales enablement
Build content library of 20+ SEO-optimized German articles using Claude/ChatGPT, tracking organic traffic lift
Lead cross-team collaboration project between German marketing, French team, and sales-document and share 5+ process improvements

Track cost per qualified lead generated through German marketing channels monthly.

Monitor organic traffic to German site and landing page conversion rates; target 10%+ QoQ growth.

- You're a Master's student in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Admin with native German and strong English
- You're obsessed with productivity tools, AI, and automation-you actually get excited about n8n workflows and Claude prompts
- You have 1+ internship in marketing (startup experience is a bonus) and want hands-on growth responsibility, not just grunt work
- You're a learner who thrives in ambiguity-you don't need real estate expertise, but you need intellectual curiosity and bias to action
- You need a fully remote setup-this is 100% on-site in Paris with occasional Berlin travel
- You view marketing as 'campaign execution'-Matera wants a systems builder who improves processes through experimentation
- You're not comfortable with German as your primary working language for content creation and internal communication
