Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You thrive translating messy forecasts into executable capacity plans that CFOs and COOs care about
  • You've built resource allocation models for scaled services orgs (consulting, BPO, managed services) and know how to optimize margin vs. growth
  • You're fluent in SQL/Python and can build forecasts in Excel or BI tools without waiting for analysts
  • You're comfortable living in spreadsheets and dashboards; you chase data anomalies like a bloodhound
  • You're a diplomatic dealmaker who can align Product, Sales, Ops, and Finance teams around hard resource trade-offs
Won't Work If
  • You need 100% remote work—this role is on-site in Bogota with no flexibility stated
  • You're hands-off leaders; this role requires deep analytical execution, not just oversight
  • You've only worked in fixed-headcount or transactional roles; you lack experience optimizing variable capacity and margin
