Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years managing people or projects in hospitality/travel
  • You speak fluent English AND Spanish—you'll navigate both corporate and local property conversations daily
  • You're comfortable building custom strategies for different stakeholders (owners want ROI, brands want standards, properties want simplicity)
  • You thrive in matrix organizations and can influence without direct authority over property teams
  • You're data-driven and can tie marketing activities to revenue, occupancy, and ADR metrics
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Mexico City
