The Challenge
Mariner is looking for a hands-on digital marketing manager to own their web, social, and email presence across enterprise channels. You'll be the connective tissue between creative, campaigns, and compliance—building digital experiences that actually move the needle.
Your Mission
Audit and document current digital workflows across web, social, and email platforms; identify gaps and create standardized processes
Establish content calendar and publishing rhythm for corporate social channels with 100% on-brand compliance
Train 2-3 cross-functional teams on CMS best practices and social media guidelines; measure adoption
Execute 4+ integrated digital campaigns (web + social + email) supporting paid media initiatives
Reduce website content update time-to-publish by 40% through optimized workflows and team enablement
Achieve 95%+ social media compliance score across all corporate channels with documented audit trail
Build scalable email campaign templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; execute 12+ campaigns with tracked engagement
Establish digital performance dashboard tracking web traffic, social engagement, email metrics tied to campaign goals
