The Challenge
Mariable is the modern wedding planning platform reinventing how engaged couples organize their big day at the intersection of luxury, events, and digital. You'll own Instagram and Pinterest from day one, building community and driving growth for a founder-led startup backed by L'Escalator by Publicis.
Your Mission
Create and publish 60+ on-brand visual assets (Reels, carousels, stories, pins) across Instagram and Pinterest
Build and execute a 12-week editorial calendar for both platforms with optimized descriptions and SEO
Grow Instagram followers by 25% and Pinterest followers by 30% through consistent community engagement
Establish daily community management rhythm: respond to DMs, comments, and engage with audience within 24 hours
Achieve 40%+ follower growth on Instagram and 50%+ on Pinterest through organic community building
Test and identify 3+ high-performing content formats (Reels, carousels, pins) with 2x+ average engagement
Develop a replicable content production process using Canva templates for brand consistency
Document and present monthly performance analytics with insights and iteration recommendations to founder

Follower Growth Rate
Monthly net follower additions across Instagram and Pinterest, tracking growth velocity month-over-month.
Engagement Rate
Likes, comments, shares, saves as % of total followers; benchmark against luxury/wedding industry benchmarks.
Content Reach
Total impressions per post and cumulative monthly reach to measure content visibility and algorithmic performance.
Audience Growth Source
Track whether growth comes from organic reach, hashtag discovery, or community interactions.

Is This Role For You?
- You have a trained eye for visual aesthetics and understand what resonates on Instagram and Pinterest
- You're deeply familiar with Instagram mechanics (Reels, carousels, stories, algorithm) and Pinterest discovery
- You're comfortable being fully autonomous, owning your perimeter with minimal hand-holding
- You're genuinely interested in luxury, weddings, events, and lifestyle content—not just doing it for a resume
- You need paid compensation—this is a 2-month unpaid internship only
- You expect structured guidance; you need to act like an expert and drive your own priorities
- You're not based in or able to commute to Levallois-Perret 5 days a week (fully on-site)
- You lack visual taste or real Instagram/Pinterest experience—this role requires you to hit the ground running
Interview Process
Initial Conversation
Chat with founder about your Instagram/Pinterest experience, portfolio, and understanding of wedding/luxury aesthetics
Portfolio Review
Share examples of content you've created or curated, personal Instagram/Pinterest profiles, or design work in Canva
Task/Brief
Possible design test: create 3 Instagram posts or pins on a given wedding/luxury theme using Canva
Culture Fit
Conversation about startup mindset, autonomy, and your genuine interest in the wedding/luxury space
