The Challenge

Manychat powers chat marketing for 1.5M+ creators across Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. You'll own a 25,000-partner affiliate ecosystem that's already driving meaningful revenue—and scale it into their primary growth engine.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the top 200 affiliates by revenue contribution and build a tiered relationship strategy for high-touch vs. self-serve partners

2

Design and launch automated onboarding flows for long-tail partners with clear early-win incentives and success metrics

3

Establish baseline performance tracking across all affiliate segments and identify 3-5 quick wins to optimize conversion or payout structure

4

Define 6-month and 12-month revenue and customer acquisition targets for the affiliate channel with forecasting models

Implement AI-powered partner matching and recommendation system to increase activation rates among long-tail affiliates by 25%+

Build a high-touch partner program with dedicated relationship managers for top 50 creators/agencies, including co-marketing campaigns

Launch 2-3 product integrations or features directly requested by top affiliates to increase their ability to drive conversions

4

Grow affiliate-driven revenue by 40%+ through optimization, new partner acquisition, and tier migration

% of onboarded affiliates who drive at least 1 paying customer within 30/60/90 days.

Top Partner Retention & Growth

Revenue growth YoY for top 50 affiliates; churn rate for high-value partners.

Affiliate Program NPS

Net Promoter Score from affiliate satisfaction surveys; track quarterly.

  • You're obsessed with metrics—CAC, LTV, channel attribution—and use data to make every strategic decision
  • You thrive on relationship-building with high-value creators, agencies, and publishers; you see partnership as a two-way value exchange
  • You're scrappy and hands-on: you'll own the big picture AND jump into spreadsheets, emails, and strategy calls with top partners

  • You expect a fully staffed, mature affiliate operation. You're building this at scale from a strong foundation—it requires entrepreneurial thinking and iteration
  • You're uncomfortable with autonomy and ambiguity. This role is strategic AND tactical; you need to wear multiple hats
