The Challenge
Malou is scaling restaurant group management through their SaaS platform. You'll own the social and local SEO presence for a portfolio of restaurant chains, using real data to drive foot traffic and online visibility.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize social media content calendar for 3+ restaurant groups across Meta platforms with daily publishing cadence
Set up and manage sponsored campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, tracking ROAS and engagement metrics
Audit and optimize Google My Business profiles for assigned portfolio, responding to all reviews with 48-hour SLA
Establish baseline analytics dashboard tracking engagement rate, reach, and local SEO performance by week 4
Grow assigned restaurant groups' social media following by 25%+ and engagement rate by 15% through content strategy refinement
Deploy 6+ sponsored campaigns with documented A/B testing, achieving target CPC and conversion benchmarks
Achieve 95%+ review response rate and implement feedback loop to content strategy based on customer sentiment
Create replicable content templates and campaign playbooks that scale across new restaurant group onboarding

- You're studying communication, marketing, or business and want real-world growth marketing experience
- You understand Meta ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram Business Manager) and can manage budgets responsibly
- You're detail-oriented with strong French writing skills and can craft compelling restaurant content
- You're passionate about food/hospitality and want to understand how restaurants drive customer acquisition
- You need full-time commitment—this is 4 days/week alternance only
- You lack hands-on experience with paid social or aren't willing to learn Meta platform APIs/tools
- Your French isn't conversational or your writing has frequent grammar/spelling issues
