Jobs that makesense is on a mission to redirect 10M French professionals toward careers with purpose. You'll own the marketing playbook for a 300K monthly visitor platform-building community, shipping content, and proving what drives real engagement in the impact space.
Your Mission
Establish consistent social cadence across LinkedIn and Instagram; hit 20% engagement lift on first 12 posts
Ship 4 SEO-optimized blog pieces or newsletter editions targeting high-intent impact job searchers
Audit existing marketing toolstack; identify and implement one new automation (email, social scheduling, analytics)
Create 2-3 short-form video assets (Reels/TikTok) testing platform job stories; measure view and click-through rates
Own quarterly content calendar; publish 12+ pieces (written, visual, video); measure traffic lift and conversion
Grow LinkedIn and Instagram followers 30%+ through strategic community management and engagement campaigns
Build and launch 2 paid campaigns (social or search); optimize for cost-per-qualified-lead and audience insights
Document marketing playbook: what works, what doesn't, and repeatable processes for the next person (full handoff)

Track blog, newsletter, and organic social referrals to jobs platform; target +25% growth over 6 months.
Engagement Rate (Social)
LinkedIn and Instagram comments, shares, saves per post; benchmark and aim for 3-5% by month 6.
Cost Per Qualified Lead (Paid)
For any paid campaigns, measure CPL relative to platform target and competitor benchmarks.
Newsletter Open & Click Rate
Monitor open rate (target 35%+) and click-through rate; iterate on subject lines and content mix.
SEO Keyword Rankings
Track top 10 target keywords for impact jobs; measure position progression monthly.
