The Challenge

Jobs that makesense is on a mission to redirect 10M French professionals toward careers with purpose. You'll own the marketing playbook for a 300K monthly visitor platform—building community, shipping content, and proving what drives real engagement in the impact space.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish consistent social cadence across LinkedIn and Instagram; hit 20% engagement lift on first 12 posts

Ship 4 SEO-optimized blog pieces or newsletter editions targeting high-intent impact job searchers

Audit existing marketing toolstack; identify and implement one new automation (email, social scheduling, analytics)

Create 2-3 short-form video assets (Reels/TikTok) testing platform job stories; measure view and click-through rates

By 6 Months
1

Own quarterly content calendar; publish 12+ pieces (written, visual, video); measure traffic lift and conversion

Grow LinkedIn and Instagram followers 30%+ through strategic community management and engagement campaigns

Build and launch 2 paid campaigns (social or search); optimize for cost-per-qualified-lead and audience insights

Salary

Remote
