The Challenge

Macfor is a marketing services agency looking for a growth leader to drive data-informed performance across social channels for enterprise clients. You'll own the metrics, insights, and strategic direction that shapes their creative output and client success.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking social KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR) across all active accounts with weekly insights reporting

Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis for 3-5 key accounts and recommend content/media optimizations with expected impact

Build feedback loop process between analytics, creative, and copy teams—document learnings in shared framework

4

Lead first client strategy presentation using data insights to inform editorial planning for Q2

By 6 Months
1

Improve core social KPIs by minimum 20-25% (reach, engagement, CTR) through data-driven content recommendations and audience optimization

2

Develop and implement seasonal content calendar linked to behavioral data and competitive opportunities for 5+ enterprise accounts

Scale editorial planning methodology—move from reactive to predictive content strategy using audience behavior patterns

4

Establish yourself as key voice in client meetings; deliver quarterly strategic reviews that drive new project opportunities
