The Challenge

Luxury Bath is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Lead Manager to own lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across digital, events, and street teams. You'll drive strategy while managing day-to-day operations, working closely with sales and the call center to hit real revenue targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing channels (HubSpot, Buildertrend, social) and identify quick wins to improve lead quality and cost-per-lead within 90 days

2

Launch 2-3 targeted digital campaigns (email, Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and establish baseline metrics for conversion rates and ROI

3

Recruit, onboard, and manage street team initiatives with documented performance KPIs

4

Develop brand consistency audit across all marketing materials and implement standardized templates

By 6 Months
1

Increase monthly lead volume by 30% through optimized campaigns and channel mix testing

2

Build predictive lead scoring model in HubSpot to improve sales handoff quality and close rates

3

Execute 4+ events or trade shows with measurable attendance, pipeline contribution, and brand lift metrics

4

Establish monthly marketing reporting dashboard with campaign ROI, lead source attribution, and team performance data

KPIs You'll Own

Monthly Lead Volume

Track total qualified leads by source to measure campaign effectiveness and identify top-performing channels.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Monitor spending across digital, events, and street initiatives against lead output to optimize budget allocation.

Lead-to-Close Rate

Measure percentage of marketing-generated leads that convert to customers to assess lead quality and sales alignment.

Campaign ROI

Calculate return on investment for email, social, events, and paid advertising campaigns to justify marketing spend.

Email Engagement Rate

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates for email campaigns to optimize messaging and frequency.
