The Challenge

Lockton is a major player in risk management and insurance brokerage, and they're betting big on Risk Solutions as a growth engine. You'll own the entire U.S. marketing strategy for P&C, Professional Liability, Executive Risk, and Cyber—building positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market plans that move them up-market and expand their TAM.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Risk Solutions marketing posture, competitive positioning, and messaging gaps across P&C, Professional/Executive Risk, and Cyber verticals

2

Align with Risk Solutions leadership on 2026 revenue targets and map marketing's role in supporting top 10 U.S. geographies expansion

3

Develop a 90-day integrated marketing roadmap with 2-3 pilot campaigns and define KPIs for measurement and ROI

4

Build relationships with Brand/Creative, Communications, Regional, and Series marketing teams to establish governance and execution cadence

By 6 Months
1

Launch 3-4 measurable national/regional campaigns tied directly to producer pipeline and client retention goals

Create and deploy high-impact sales enablement assets: pitch decks, RFP content, case studies, and vertical-specific narratives for top 5 industries

Establish thought leadership pipeline: 2-3 executive visibility plays, earned media placements, and speaker bureau activations

4

Prove marketing ROI: track attributed pipeline, win rate lift, and regional growth impact—report against business development KPIs

  • You can articulate sophisticated, technical value propositions to different buyer personas and industries, and build positioning that moves perception up-market
  • You're operationally disciplined: you build processes, track metrics, and iterate based on data—not gut feel

  • You want to own the entire brand voice and creative output; this role requires deep partnership and governance with multiple teams
