The Challenge

Livelo is Brazil's largest rewards and loyalty platform connecting hundreds of thousands of products and services. You'll own the activation motion for authenticated users who haven't made their first purchase—the critical moment where intent meets conversion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current authenticated-to-first-purchase funnel, identify top 3 friction points blocking conversion

Design and launch 2-3 A/B test experiments on email/push/SMS channels targeting high-potential segments

3

Build segmentation framework based on behavioral data to inform personalized activation campaigns

4

Establish weekly KPI dashboard tracking activation rate, time-to-purchase, and CAC incremental by cohort

By 6 Months
1

Increase first-purchase conversion rate by 20%+ through optimized CRM journeys and behavioral triggers

Scale winning experiments into always-on campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels

Reduce time-to-purchase for authenticated users by 15%+ through sequencing and timing optimization

4

Document and evangelize 5+ replicable growth playbooks; embed experimentation culture across CRM/Product/Performance teams

  • You're fluent in SQL, Excel, and reading cohort/behavioral data to uncover insights without hand-holding
  • You think like a product marketer: you ask 'why' before executing, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure everything
  • You speak Portuguese or are willing to learn quickly—this is an on-site São Paulo role
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence Product/Data roadmaps through data storytelling
