The Challenge
LexisNexis is doubling down on organic visibility as generative AI reshapes search. You'll own their SEO and GEO strategy across owned channels while optimizing conversion funnels—building authority in both traditional search and AI-generated answers.
Your Mission
Audit current SEO/GEO performance across all owned properties; identify 20+ high-priority optimization opportunities
Define and socialize integrated SEO + GEO strategy aligned with RELX group standards
Establish baseline tracking, reporting dashboards, and KPI framework for organic performance
Launch first batch of content optimizations targeting generative AI indexation standards
Achieve 15-20% uplift in organic traffic through technical SEO and content prioritization
Increase brand visibility in generative AI responses (measured via branded query citations)
Deploy CRO testing framework; execute 8+ A/B tests on high-impact conversion pages
Establish governance structure with IT, product, and content teams; document digital platform best practices

Track acquisition-to-conversion funnel performance for organic traffic segments
Keyword Rankings (Core & Long-tail)

GEO Visibility Score
Brand appearance and citation frequency in generative AI search results
CRO Lift %
Cumulative conversion rate improvements from A/B testing initiatives
Page Load Speed & Core Web Vitals
Monitor technical SEO health metrics impacting ranking and user experience

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped SEO/organic wins at B2B SaaS or enterprise scale—not just agency work
- You understand both traditional SEO rankings and emerging generative AI search dynamics
- You're comfortable owning CMS/e-commerce platforms end-to-end and can wrangle technical stakeholders
- You speak metrics: you live in Google Search Console, GA4, and conversion funnels
- You thrive in structured corporate environments with governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, accessibility)
- You've only worked in PPC, paid social, or agency-side SEO—this needs deep owned-channel expertise
- Generative AI and GEO feel like alien concepts; you're not curious about how search is changing
- You need remote work or flexibility; this is strict on-site in Paris
- You avoid technical conversations or won't partner deeply with IT/product teams
